When choosing between time-based and routine-based tasks:
Opt for time-based tasks for activities that occur at a specific time, like booking a doctor's appointment at 10 am.
Use routine-based tasks for daily activities that can be integrated into regular routines, such as buying groceries after outdoor time.
Additionally, use the 'Do by Task' option to manage school project deadlines. This allows you to set specific deadlines, with the app providing regular reminders up until the due date.
The decision to use routine-based or time-based tasks will depend on the specific
requirements of the task and your personal preference.
