App Limits: On the App Rules page, tap on the desired app and then tap the Set Limit option to add or change the limits.

Encourage an App: On the App Rules page, tap the desired app and then tap the Encourage option to add or change the Encouraged app settings.

Allow / Block apps during specific routine: On the App Rules page, tap on the desired app. If the App Rule is set to Routine-based, you can select or deselect the routines to allow or block the app during that routine.

Always Allowed or Always Block an App: On the App Rules page, tap on the desired app and then tap on the App Rule section. Now, you can change it to Always Allowed or Always Blocked and mark done. You would be asked to Save your choice.
