Updated over a week ago

There are different ways in which you can limit the time that your child spends on their devices based on the approach you wish to take. Superr has been designed for a life of routines. We want to make your child’s device usage purposeful and deliberate for the most part, which is why you can create routines and set the timings as per your needs. What most of us parents are worried about is the time that kids spend leisurely on their devices—gaming, social media, shopping, entertainment, etc To regulate the usage of the devices for leisure activities, you can set up free time just the way you want.

  • If you only want your kids to have Free-time during specific times It is more suitable for younger kids! You can get them accustomed to using their devices for fun only during the timings you set to inculcate discipline, so they don’t tend to use it all the time. For this, you need to apply the rules of downtime during breaks (time between routines) and add the free-time schedules you want your kids to have,

  1. Tap on the child and go to the 'Rules' page

  2. In the break time rules section, tap on downtime if it isn’t already downtime and tap on ‘Apply downtime rules

  3. Next, on the same page, tap on 'free time' (routine) from the child’s routines section.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap on the 'Add Schedule' button

From here, you can add all the schedules you want during which your child can use their devices in free-time

  • If you don't want your kids to use their devices with limits but don’t mind when they use it . For this, you need to apply the rules of Free-time during breaks

  1. Tap on the child and go to the 'Rules' page
