Routine Selection

In this mode, you'll find the following preselected routines.

  1. Sleep Routine: This routine emphasizes the importance of uninterrupted and restful sleep, which is crucial for your child's growth and well-being. Following this, there's an optional Morning Ritual – a series of guided activities and questions for your child after waking up. This ritual provides a structured and positive start to the day, complementing the benefits of a good night's sleep.

  2. School Routine: Fosters academic discipline, enhances focus, and learning efficiency. By minimizing distractions during study time, encourages deeper engagement with educational content. Following this, there’s an After-school ritual that offers an opportunity for children to share their daily experiences, discuss any challenges, and articulate their learnings, fostering a deeper parent-child connection and a comprehensive understanding of their day-to-day academic and emotional journey.

  3. Study Routine: Instills discipline, improves focus and academic performance, and teaches time management. It reduces stress by providing a structured learning environment and fosters independence in learning.
Following this, there’s a Study that allows children to select and prioritize their work. It encourages disciplined study habits and effective task management, fostering a sense of accomplishment in their educational progress.

  4. Encouraged App Usage: Optimizes time spent on educational apps, ensuring your child fully benefits from these learning resources.

  5. Free Time: Allocates essential periods for relaxation and play, allowing your child to unwind and enjoy leisure activities.

These routines are tailored to support your child's development, balancing structured learning with the joys of childhood.

Additional Routines from categories like extracurricular activities, learning, downtime, health, and fitness are available for you to choose from. After selecting your preferences, tap on ‘Let’s Go’.

Setting Up Your Routines

Now you will be guided to set up the routines that are selected on the Routine selection Page.

In the next step, you can also choose to designate periods between routines as either Downtime (for emergency calls only) or Free Time (for limited device usage).

Review and Finalize

Once you've set up your routines, you'll land on the Routines Recap Page. Here, you can review, adjust, and finalize your schedule to ensure it fits your child's needs perfectly.

Building Habits

Finally, the Habit Creation page offers three suggested habits, with more options available in the To Do section of the parent app. These habits are designed to foster positive, long-term behaviors in your child.

2. Quick Setup

In the quick setup, you can create a sleep routine and free time limit for your child. If you still want to add some more routines and rules for your child dive into the Rules page of the parent app.
