How to tailor Superr. for your child during exams or study breaks?

If you opt for Monitoring and Setting Rules, you'll be presented with three distinct setup choices. One of these options is 'Exam,' which is ideal for situations when your child has exams or is taking study breaks. This setting enables you to tailor monitoring and rules specifically to support their academic endeavours during these critical periods.

The 'Exam Mode in Superr is crafted to bolster kids' concentration and learning during exams or study breaks by fostering a study-friendly digital environment. This mode enables the configuration of a 'Study Routine ', restricting device usage to only those apps and websites that aid in study, thus minimising distractions. Additionally, they have the flexibility to request leisure time upon completing their studies, or parents can proactively allocate free time through the Rules page.

Sleep Routine:
Encouraging healthy sleep patterns vital for academic success can be achieved by implementing a structured sleep routine that discourages late-night use of electronic devices. Alternatively, parents have the option to delay setting up a sleep routine initially and later adapt it to suit their child's specific requirements through the 'Rules' page. This comprehensive strategy not only fosters academic achievement but also promotes a well-balanced approach to digital consumption and overall lifestyle.

In detail, establishing a consistent sleep routine involves setting regular bedtime and wake-up times, along with incorporating habits that promote relaxation and restful sleep. For that, you can also set up a 'Morning Ritual' for your child from the 'Rules' page. By adhering to such a routine and following a ritual, children can benefit from improved sleep quality, which positively impacts their cognitive function, concentration levels, and academic performance.

Organising the exam schedule.

You can include your child's exam dates to ensure they have focused and timely preparation. Daily reminders will be sent to help optimise their study routine and keep them ahead of schedule. Within this feature, you can input the subject name, exam date, and any specific notes or tips for the child to consider while preparing.

If any details or exams were missed, you don't need to worry. You can easily add or edit them through the 'View and modify exam schedules' banner on the Superr. homepage. Alternatively, editing and adding can also be done from the schedule page or the child's To-Do dashboard.

Once your child's exams are finished, you can switch to Vacation mode directly from the Superr. homepage. This allows you to limit access to certain apps or set up new routines for your child's post-exam period. Additionally, on the Rules page, you can establish encouraged apps or add any other routines to your child's schedule.
