  • How can I set up a routine for my child?

    • Tap on the routine that you want to add from the routines available under the section ‘Add new routines

    • Tap on 'Get Started'

    • Add the timings for the routine

    • Add the app and website rules for the routine

  • What is the Break Time Rule?
    'Break-Time' refers to intervals during your child's day that aren't covered by any scheduled routine. It's the period when no specific activity, like study or sleep, is planned. You can choose to apply rules from Study, free time or Downtime for the break time

  • How can I Allow/block an app during a routine?

    • Tap on the routine you want to update the rule for

    • To block an app during the routine, remove the app from the list of allowed apps
      To allow an app during the routine

      • Tap on the Add(+) button under the allowed app section

      • Find and select the app that you want to allow

      • Tap on Save

  • How can I allow/block a website during a routine?

    • Tap on the routine you want to update the rule for

    • To allow a website
      From the section Website Rules,

      • If the rule selected is ‘Allow selected websites

        • Add the domain of the website you want to allow and tap on the button allow
          Eg : for the website https://www.wikipedia.org , domain is wikipedi.org

      • If the rule selected is ‘Block selected websites’

        • Switch the website rule to ‘Allow selected websites’

        • Add the domain of the website you want to allow and tap on the button allow

    • To Block a website
      From the section Website Rules,

      • If the rule selected is ‘Allow selected websites

        • Switch the website rule to ‘Block selected websites’

        • Add the domain of the website you want to block and tap on the button block

      • If the rule selected is ‘Block selected websites

        • Add the domain of the website you want to block and tap on the button block
          Eg : for the website https://www.facebook.com , domain is facebook.com

  • I want to pause and resume a Routine.

    Tap on the desired routine, scroll to the bottom, and tap on the Pause button. To resume, look for the paused routine (it would be greyed out). Tap on the routine and select the resume option.

  • I want to restrict an always-allowed app during a specific routine.

    You can’t restrict the always-allowed apps, if you want to restrict them, you will have to change the app rule and make it routine-based, this will allow you to restrict an app during a routine while allowing it to all others.
    Remember, you won’t be able to change the app rules for the system-required app.

  • I want to pause and resume rituals.

    Rituals are available for Sleep, School, and Study routines. To pause a ritual, on the routine listing page tap on the routine for which you want to pause the ritual, scroll down to the rituals section, tap on it, and tap on the three dots to get the option to pause it.
    To resume it, tap on the ritual on the specific routine’s page and choose the Resume option.

  • I want to allow only certain websites, all others to be blocked.

    Tap on the desired routine, Under the section ‘Website Rules’ choose the Allowed selected websites option. Now you can add the websites you want to allow, all other websites will be blocked.

  • I want to add another schedule/timing for a routine.

    On the Routine listing page, tap on the desired routine, scroll down to the Schedule section, and tap on Add Schedule. Choose your desired timing and days for the routine and save it.

  • What is the use of the ‘Others’ section’s Weekdays?

    The 'Others' section's Weekdays feature lets you specify which days are considered weekdays and weekends. This will dictate the limit days for Free- time and App limit, for which you set the weekday and weekend limits.
