How can I make sure my child has distraction-free meditation/exercise time?
How can I make sure my child has distraction-free meditation/exercise time?
Updated over a week ago

Promoting your child's physical and mental well-being is essential, and Superr facilitates this with dedicated 'Exercise' and 'Meditation' Routines. These routines are designed to create an environment conducive to health-focused activities without distractions. To learn how to setup a routine, check out What are Routines, and how do I set them up on Superr?

Superr automatically includes apps relevant to exercise and meditation in the 'Allowed Apps' list for these routines. Additionally, you have the flexibility to customize this list, adding or removing apps as needed to tailor the experience to your child’s preferences and needs.

To maintain a distraction-free atmosphere, Superr blocks notifications and limits access to all non-essential apps during these routines. This helps your child to fully concentrate on their physical or mental exercises.

While the default setting allows access to websites not on the Blocked list, you have the flexibility to modify this. In the Routine rules page, you can switch the Website rule to 'Allow Selected Websites'. This option lets you either restrict all web access or permit only selected websites, ensuring your child stays away from digital distractions during their meditation or exercise time.
