Superr recommends the number of hours your child requires based on your child's age. While setting up the Sleep routine, you can follow the recommendation from Superr to set up the Sleep time duration.
Superr makes sure your child's device is locked from 45 minutes before the Sleep routine to throughout the Sleep routine. Your child won't be able to use any apps other than system apps during the sleep routine.
In case your child is still checking their device, you can always check their sleep-time activities.
To check the Sleep time Activities,
Tap on the child and go to the 'Activities' page
Tap on the filter icon at the bottom of the page
Select 'Sleep routine' and tap on 'Apply'
