To see where is your child with their devices,

Superr will fetch the current location of the child and shows it in a map view. You will also get the address of the location and how much battery is left on that device.

You can open this location in Google Maps or Apple Maps by tapping on the address.

This will not work if the child's devices are not connected to the internet. If your child's device is offline it will show the last updated location.

The location in your child's device should be turned on to get the coordinates. If they accidentally turn off the location in their phone, A permission screen will appear on the child's device and they need to turn it back on to continue using the device.

If receiving the location data from your child’s device takes longer than 60 seconds, the device will be marked as offline and you will have to redo it.

You can also find out about the locations of your child by applying the 'Location' filter on the 'Activities' page

Will I be able to know the location of my all children in one place?

By tapping on 'View locations' on the Superr home page you can find out the locations of all your children in one place.
