Adding Your Child to Superr
Updated over a week ago

Welcome to the next step in your Superr journey—adding your children to the platform. It's simple and fun. Here's how to set up the Superr Kids App on their devices.

Child Eligibility and Device Compatibility

  • Appropriate Age Group: Superr is best suited for children between the ages of 3-17.

  • Supported Devices: At present, Superr is compatible with Android phones and tablets. Stay tuned for our upcoming versions for iPhones, iPads, and Windows devices!

How to Add Your Child

  1. Select the Number of Children: First, select how many children you have that are eligible for Superr.

  2. Complete the ‘Add Child’ Process: Head over to the ‘Add Child’ screen.

    • Avatar Selection: Allow your child to choose their favourite avatar for a personalized touch. If they are not around, you can select any that you like, later you will be able to change it in the app.

    • Child’s Details: Fill in your child's name, gender, age, and specify your relationship with them.

    • Device Details: Select each device that your child uses. You can even select IOS or Windows devices that your child has. You will be the first one to be notified when we will be launching Superr for these devices.

  3. Finalizing the Setup: Congratulations! You’ve now successfully added your child to Superr, paving the way for a safer and more engaging digital experience.

Setting Up Your Child’s Superr Experience

Engage your child in the setup process of Superr to make it a collaborative and informative experience. It’s ideal to have your child’s input and at least one of their devices handy. Set aside about 20 minutes for a thorough setup.

Flexibility in Setup that Superr Provides

  • If you’re pressed for time, don’t worry. Use the 'Remind Me Later' feature to schedule a more convenient time for setup.

  • Superr conveniently saves your progress during the onboarding process. If you’re interrupted or need to pause, your progress is stored, allowing you to resume later without losing any steps.
