We strongly advise keeping your and your children's devices updated to the latest operating system versions. This ensures optimal functionality of the Superr app and enhances the user experience.
Superr on Kids' Devices
To monitor and protect your children's activities, download and install the Superr Kids App on their devices. Below is a list of supported platforms:
Mobile Devices:
Android devices (tablets and phones):
Android OS 10 or later. Note: Devices running Android Go may encounter compatibility issues.
RAM requirement: 4 GB and above.
Memory requirement: 150 MB of available space (Minimum)
iPhones and iPads:
The iOS/iPadOS version of the children’s app is currently in development and will be released in October.
PCs:
The Windows version of the children’s app is currently in development and will be released in October.
Supported Web Browsers for Protected Devices
Superr can report and block websites accessed on the following browsers:
Android devices: Google Chrome.
Superr automatically blocks unsupported browsers by default.

Superr on Parents’ Devices
Install the Superr Parents App on your device to view your child’s activity, configure rules, and manage notifications.
Parents’ app is available for iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets. It is not available on the web and there are no plans to make it available on the web as of now. (29/08/2024)
