Setting Up the Superr Parent App
1. Downloading the App
iOS Users: Launch the App Store.
Android Users: Open the Google Play Store.
Search for "Superr Parents App".
Find the app in the search results, and select it to view its details.
Tap 'Download' to start installing the app on your device.
2. Creating Your Account
Open the Superr app.
Sign up with your full name, email address, and a secure password.
Ensure your password is 6-20 characters in length.
It should contain at least one letter (A-Z) and one number (0-9) for enhanced security.
3. Mobile Number Verification
Upon signing up, you will have to type in your mobile number, and then you'll receive a one-time password (OTP) to verify your mobile number.
Superr automatically detects and enters the OTP for convenience. However, if there's a delay, feel free to enter the OTP manually.
4. Setting a Secure PIN
Establish a unique PIN for quick and secure access to the Superr app on both your and your child's phone.
Use this PIN to manage key actions like disabling, uninstalling Superr, and logging out from the child’s device. It ensures that such critical actions are parent-approved and secure.
