Why Superr Needs Device Administrator Permissions
For the Superr Kids App to function properly, it requires Device Administrator permissions on your kid’s Android device. This prevents the app from being tampered with or uninstalled. If the Device Administrator permissions are disabled, follow the steps below to reactivate Superr.
What happens if the Device Administrator permission is disabled for Superr?
You will be notified within less than 3 hours if the device administrator permission has yet to be enabled again for the Superr Kids app. A notification will appear on your device, and when tapped upon, it will inform you regarding the issue and instruct you accordingly. That way, you will know when the Superr has been tampered with.
Steps to enable Device Administrator permission for the Superr Kids App:
When the child device is turned on, you will be greeted with the Device Admin Permission Screen, as shown below:
Tap on ‘Go to settings’.
Tap on ‘Activate this device admin app’ on the next page. The Device Administrator permission for the Superr Kids App will be enabled, and the app will run normally.
To manually set Device Administrator permission, in case the above screen doesn’t show up:
Open the settings of the child's device.
Locate and open the ‘Security’ page (for Android 13 and above, ‘Security and privacy’).
If Android 13 and above,
Tap on the ‘More security and privacy’ option.Locate and open ‘Device admin apps.
Tap on Superr.
Tap on ‘Activate this device admin app’ on the next page.
