Here’s how to get your child's device equipped with Superr.
1. Install the App
On your child’s Android device, search for the ‘Superr Kids app’ in the Play Store.
Alternatively, you can send the app link from your Superr Parents app to your child’s device and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once installed, select ‘I have installed the app’ to proceed.
2. Choose a Pairing Method
Pair with QR Scan: Ideal if you have the parent app open. Simply scan the QR code from your child’s phone for an automatic connection.
Pair with Email Login: Enter your Superr Parent App account details for pairing.
Superr Direct Connection: If both devices (parent's and child’s) are on the same Wi-Fi network, the Superr Child app will prompt a direct pairing option, bypassing the QR scan or email login.
3. Granting Permissions
On your child’s device, you’ll receive pop-up requests for permissions. These are crucial for Superr’s optimal functionality. Simply click 'Allow' as prompted.
A chat bubble icon is available on the screen throughout the setup. If you have any questions or need guidance, just tap on it for assistance.
After you get done granting all the permissions, go to the Superr. Parents App
