How can I immediately inform my kids about an urgent task?
Updated over a week ago

You can use the 'Instant Reminder' feature in Superr to inform your kids about urgent tasks. Opt for the high-priority option when using the Instant Reminder feature to send a full-screen ringing notification to your child.

To set an Instant reminder,

  1. Tap on the child to view the action pop-ups

  2. Tap on ‘Instant reminder’

  3. Add what should they do

  4. Choose the child you want to send instant reminders to.

  5. You can also choose the priority of the task between 'Normal' and 'High'

  6. If you don't want to receive a notification regarding the completion of the task, tap off the 'Notify me when completed'

  7. Tap on 'Send now'

Alternatively, you can also create Instant reminders from child’s To Do page also.

Tips: When should you use an Instant reminder?

Gaining Attention When Calls Are Ignored: If your child is not responding to your calls, use a combination of the Instant Reminder and the Freeze function. Start with a fullscreen alert to grab their attention. If further action is needed, apply Freeze to temporarily disable their device. Use this method judiciously, ideally in urgent situations.

Prompting a ‘Return Home’ message: When your children are out for an extended time, use the Instant Reminder to send a full screen alert. This serves as an effective reminder for them to return home promptly.
