I want to see Images and voice messages: Currently, Superr does not support monitoring of images and voice chats for privacy reasons.

Why am I not getting alerts?
​It's a good sign if alerts aren't triggered, as it likely means no concerning keywords have been detected in your child's conversations.
However, if you suspect certain terms should have triggered an alert but didn't, please review the list of monitored words under the Social Chat and Search Monitoring settings. If a specific term was indeed used but not flagged, kindly submit a detailed report including the word, chat timing, and the platform involved.
For any words not currently on your monitored list but you wish to track, you can easily add them to your 'My Collections' list for future monitoring.
