  • The latest activities aren't showing up.

    • The child’s device activities can’t be shown to you if;

      • Their device is not connected to the internet.

      • The Supper Kids app is disabled on the child’s device. Enable the Superr app if it’s disabled to see the activities from now on.

      • The Superr app configuration is not completed on the child’s device. Complete the setup on the child’s device if it’s pending.
