  • Showing no data in the page

    • Check the internet connection on the child device first. If the device is offline, you won’t be able to see the insights based their device activity.

    • Try refreshing by pulling down and moving between pages. If that fails, quit and relaunch the app.

    • If nothing works raise ticket - is there something they would need to upload or do, like the DB dump you should give that as an option.

  • I cannot see the insights on a past date

    • Scroll back through the last 30 days to locate it. Dates older than 30 days aren't shown.

    • There might have been no activity on that day.

    • The date might be before you began using Superr.

    • If it's within the last 30 days and still missing, refresh by swiping down and browsing pages. If unsuccessful, restart the app and ensure you're online.
