Showing no data in the page
Check the internet connection on the child device first. If the device is offline, you won’t be able to see the insights based their device activity.
Try refreshing by pulling down and moving between pages. If that fails, quit and relaunch the app.
If nothing works raise ticket - is there something they would need to upload or do, like the DB dump you should give that as an option.
I cannot see the insights on a past date
Scroll back through the last 30 days to locate it. Dates older than 30 days aren't shown.
There might have been no activity on that day.
The date might be before you began using Superr.
If it's within the last 30 days and still missing, refresh by swiping down and browsing pages. If unsuccessful, restart the app and ensure you're online.
