To continue using free-time, from the ‘free-time limit has been used up’ block screen,

  • Your kids can request you for an extension of the free-time limit (once a day). From the notification you receive when they send the request, you can grant it to give them access

  • Your kids can request you for a free-time schedule with a start and end time by tapping on ‘Ask for another routine’ from the block screen. They can also do this by Going to schedule page in the Superr kids app and tapping on the ‘+’ button. From the notification you receive when they send the request, you can grant the request to give them access. Note that the duration of the slot will be automatically added to the free-time limit e.g., If your child’s free time limit is 2hrs and your child uses it fully. Then they request for a free time schedule from 5:00PM to 5:30PM and you grant it, their free-time limit will be increased from 2 hours to 2h 30 minutes and they will be able to use their devices in free-time from 5 - 5:30.

To learn how you can extend the free time, check out this question

Though they can request additional free time, it is limited to one request per day. You have the option to approve or reject these requests. You can also reduce or extend the Free time limit from the 'Insights' page.
