Let's talk about something important regarding your child's device: the impact of having multiple user accounts on their Android device and how it affects the Superr.
When there are many user accounts on an Android device, each one works separately. This means that the rules and limits Superr sets might not apply to all accounts. While one account might have rules, another one might not, letting your child access things without supervision.
Also, Superr might have trouble managing multiple accounts at once. The rules set for one account would not work the same way for others, which can make it hard to keep track of what your child is doing on their device.
To deal with this, it's important to keep an eye on the user accounts on your child's device. Try to keep one user account instead of multiple.
Starting with Android 5.0, certain Android phones have the option ‘Multiple users’ to create multiple user accounts, which include the guest account that can be used to avoid Superr’s protection. This feature allows creating another account on the device, much like a separate user account on a computer.
Here are the steps you have to follow to disable ‘Multiple users’ and remove existing user accounts.
